How it all started
RelyShield was born from a real situation: the first serious case came quite unexpectedly – when asked to help recover an account that had been taken over. After a successful resolution, the help was shared publicly, and the flow of requests began to grow.
Since summer 2022, account recovery and security have become my daily routine. When there were too many cases for individual manual work, I started building a clearer process and system so that help would be faster and information would be properly managed.
