    Which platforms do you work with?

    Mostly: Facebook and Instagram. Also: Gmail / Google (including business accounts) and TikTok when there's a realistic path to a solution.

    Are you a Meta / Google partner or representative?

    No. RelyShield is independent help. The platforms themselves make the final decision (e.g. on recovery or blocking) according to their rules.

    Why isn't 100% recovery guaranteed?

    Because the result depends on the platform's decision and the facts of the situation. Payment is for analysis, structured action, and mistake prevention (what to do, what to avoid, realistic paths).

    What to choose: recovery, A–Z security, or consultation?
    • Recovery – when access is lost, account taken over, or blocked.
    • Security setup (A–Z) – when you have access (or after recovery) and want to minimise recurrence risk.
    • Consultation – when the situation is unclear and you need a quick, realistic plan in one conversation.
    How quickly do you respond?

    Response time depends on workload and chosen format. Subscriptions give priority for incidents, so members are served faster. If the situation is critical, best choose an option that ensures speed (e.g. subscription or urgent help under your plan).

    How does a subscription differ from one-off services?

    A subscription gives priority for incidents and loyalty discounts on one-off services. For those who want faster response and less stress when "things are on fire".

    When is a subscription worth it?

    If accounts matter for work, clients, or reputation, or you want a clear plan and priority during incidents. Choose a plan based on how fast you want a response and what priority you need.

    Do you help with Ads, Business Manager, and business accounts?

    Yes, depending on the situation we work with business accounts (e.g. Meta Ads, Business Manager, ad blocks) when there's a realistic path and enough information to assess.

    What should you have ready to get started?

    The clearer the information, the faster we move. Usually enough: account link / username, what happened and when, recovery attempts you've already made, and contacts / recovery methods linked (if you know).

    Will I need to share logins or 2FA codes?

    Consultation doesn't require logins. Security setup (A–Z) sometimes needs access, but only with clear agreement. Alternative: screen sharing where you enter the codes.

    Do you help companies or when the account isn't personally mine?

    Yes, if you have a legitimate basis (e.g. you're the owner, administrator, or have authorisation). Security setup or action may require additional confirmation that we're working with the rightful holder.

    What's important to do (and avoid) right after an incident?
    • Don't send appeals blindly dozens of times.
    • Don't make chaotic email / phone changes if the recovery path still works.
    • Don't buy "recovery" from random actors.
    • If possible – stabilise the situation as soon as you can and act according to a clear plan.
    How do payments and data security work?

    Payments go through Stripe (Hosted Checkout). RelyShield does not receive or store card data. Data is processed only for service delivery (per privacy policy).
